1. What we collect

Account data (email, phone, billing). Call and message content you run through your AirDial agent. Operational logs required to route, bill, and secure the service.

2. How we use it

To run the service you signed up for, bill you, keep it secure, and comply with local regulators. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your call content to train models without an explicit opt-in.

3. Where it lives

Primary storage is in-region where local law requires it — Lagos for Nigerian traffic, São Paulo for Mexican traffic, and so on. Backups and analytics aggregates may be replicated between regions on a need-to-have basis.

4. Your rights

Access, correct, export, and delete your data at any time from the dashboard. NDPR (Nigeria), POPIA (South Africa), ODPC (Kenya), LFPDPPP (Mexico), and analogous laws in our other launch markets apply.

5. Retention

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 30 days by default. Enterprise plans can extend or shorten this window. Billing records are retained as required by local tax law.

6. Analytics & advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage, the Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure ad campaigns and retarget visitors who showed interest in AirDial. These tools may set cookies and share aggregated browsing data with their respective providers. They do not receive call content, transcripts, or your dashboard activity.

You can opt out via your browser settings, ad-blocking extensions, or each provider’s own opt-out: Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
