Terms of Service.

1. What this is

This is the contract between you and AirDial. By signing up, you agree to it. If you don’t agree, don’t use AirDial.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens on your account. Tell us fast if you notice anything unauthorized.

3. Acceptable use

No spam, no robocalls that violate local law, no fraud, no harassment. We suspend accounts that abuse the network and cooperate with regulators when we have to.

4. Fees and billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in local currency. Usage overages are billed at the end of the cycle. Cancel any time inside the dashboard. We don’t do exit fees.

5. Uptime

We target 99.95% on voice and messaging. If we fall short on a given month, we credit your account automatically — you don’t have to ask.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. We aren’t liable for indirect damages.

7. Changes

We can update these terms. If changes are material we’ll tell you by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
